I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! The location was fantastic, with the hotel being within walking distance to the village. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, ensuring that everything was perfect during my stay. I also loved the little extras they provided, such as the welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were superb, with heating and air conditioning to keep me comfortable, as well as a cozy sitting area. The terrace with garden furniture was a great spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The free toiletries and electric kettle were also a nice touch. And let's not forget the flat-screen TV and carpeted floor, adding to the overall comfort of the room.
I highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel is well situated, away from the busy highway, but still within walking distance to everything. The hotel facilities are great, with a cosy lounge area complete with a fireplace, Port and chocolates. The continental breakfast was extensive and satisfying. The staff were welcoming and made me feel at home.
All good.

The hotel provides excellent value for money, with reasonable prices for the cozy rooms. The attention to detail is evident, from the beautiful furnishings to the charming English-style gardens. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the delightful village of Blackheath.

Lovely, comfortable and relaxing stay. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, with exceptionally clean rooms and charming decor that transported us to yesteryear. The breakfast was delightful, and the hospitable host made our stay even more enjoyable.
The noise from nearby coal trucks was a bit disturbing at night, and the central heating was a bit too warm. The small ensuite could be improved with better storage options for toiletries and a robe hook.

We had a delightful stay at a friendly boutique hotel near the Blue Mountains. The building had character and our room was tidy and cozy. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very helpful. We enjoyed being able to disconnect from our gadgets and watch free-to-air TV. The hotel's location was also convenient for exploring the nearby attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the Blue Mountains.

The hotel is conveniently located near the starting point of several hiking trails and lookout points. the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They were able to provide me with some great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The rooms are also very spacious and well-furnished with lovely antique pieces.
There were some issues with communication. My partner made a reservation the day before and left card details to hold the room, but when we arrived on the agreed-upon day, no one was there.

Our Easter stay at this quaint guest house was enjoyable. The continental breakfast was a generous spread with hot croissants and fresh bread, served with a selection of spreads, hams, and cheeses. The location was great, within walking distance to a village and a short drive to bush walks. We also enjoyed the period furnishings in our rooms and the nooks in the gardens that made for great reading spots.
We experienced some noise due to passing trucks at night, possibly because of the proximity to the highway. we were disappointed by the ongoing roadworks right outside the hotel, which affected the ambiance.

Staying at this hotel was not a pleasant experience due to the constant noise of trucks passing by, particularly at night.
